Teresa Baker is the full-time front desk receptionist with A1 Mortgage. Her duties include answering incoming calls, directing customers to loan officers, along with various office duties.

She brings over 15 years of receptionist experience to the position and enjoys what she does. She believes the first voice a customer hears should be a friendly one and strives to make that occur with each conversation.

Teresa lives with her husband in the Lees Summit, MO. They have one son and 5 grandchildren.
